Fred's Sanitary Service is a Septic tank pumping company. However we are not in the business of pumping tanks. Our business is the preservation of your Leachbed and Seepage area to prolong the life of your septic system. By doing this, we will not only help you avoid having to install a new, costly, and sometimes unsitely mound system, but we will also preserve the value of your home. Remember, It's a lot cheaper to change your oil once in while than it is to replace your whole engine.

Fred's offers some unique advantages over their competitors. If you call Fred's, you get a person to answer the phone 24hrs per day 365 days per year. On leap year we take a day off. That means, if Grandma can't flush her turkey down the Thanksgiving porcelain throne we'll be there to help you out.
Also, at Fred's, we backflush every tank we pump. That means we pump 100-200 gallons of water back into the tank after we have pumped it out, to get any remaining solids out. If solids get to your seepage area your going to have problems.
